Alice Bartlett came over to the Philippines from Tasmania, Australia in March 2006 at the age of 18. Her initial plans were to for stay a period of 9 months but when the time came close to the end of her trip she decided to stay for an extra 3. She became an important member of our team as her upbeat personality, high energy and passion for Jesus brought an extra boost to all activities. While here Alice built many long lasting friendships especially with one of our young mums who was only sixteen when she came to live with us with her son James …. Alice is so vibrant and her contribution to our mission here was distinctive … her departure has left a hole in our team … we look forward to her rejoining our mission in the future.
