Lijana has been to the Philippines many times for short term mission trips. When she had finished her degree in teaching she came to give us a year of her skills and talents. Lijana is a very gifted teacher, not only is she awesome at class preparation but her genuine love for the children shines through in everything that she does. Lijana spent extensive time assessing and designing tutoring programs individually designed to bring the children at the mission house to their maximum potential. Our mission was greatly enhanced by her contribution and we miss her so much. We know that she will be back to visit the children that she so loved and cared for. Thanks Lijana !!!
