Simon Liang our gentle giant. Came to be with us after he had been on a couple of short term mission trips with his church. He fell in love with the Filipinos and the crazy work of the mission here in Cebu. We asked Simon to work in the capacity that Lijana had been working with the mission house children. Although this was quite a challenge to him he has embarrassed it lovingly and with determination. He has been instrumental with the ministry with our youth at Pier 4 and we are blessed with his gentle, creative, determined way. We are not sure how long Simon will be here with us but we are blessed with whatever he is able to offer us.
