Each Friday we load up our Cebu Missionary Foundation Truck with 3 or 4 large pots of Lugaw … both Chocolate and white with chicken and vegetables. We feed thousands of hungry on the streets of Cebu. We target those that have no food … no home … no hope. They live literally on sheets of cardboard on the footpaths of the city.
